Are any items final sale or non-returnable?
Yes — for hygiene and safety reasons, opened incense packages cannot be returned. Discovery Sets and gift bundles are also final sale unless damaged in transit.

Yes. We only use plant-based ingredients such as agarwood, sandalwood, mugwort, and natural binder like machilus bark. No artificial perfumes, dyes, or additives.
